Russ is a data and A.I. professional with over 16 years of experience in machine learning, data science, and big data. He received his B.A. in Physics with Honors from Boston University in 2013, where his thesis was entitled "Investigation of Anomalous Velocity Structures in North America." He also holds a certificate in Advanced Reinforcement Learning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Russ has a wealth of experience leading global teams and implementing cutting-edge AI and NLP technologies to drive business growth. He has led multi-disciplinary teams of data scientists and engineers for projects in hyper-personalization, semantic search, and predictive modeling resulting in improved customer experience and increased sales.

Furthermore, Russ has gained recognition as a leader in the field of AI and data science. He has delivered successful MVP solutions for multiple startups and has effectively communicated data science insights to C-level executives and investors. Additionally, he has had the opportunity to share his knowledge and insights at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and Northeastern University as a guest lecturer.

Currently, he is working as a consultant in Machine Learning, Data Science, and Political Campaigns and has successfully led data strategy for two political campaigns. He has also built and deployed multiple end-to-end NLP models and deep learning models for various clients.

In addition to his professional career, Russ is a highly respected speaker in the field of data. Most recently he was asked to speak at TedX Boston, on how democratizing data science and AI can transform society. He was selected as a featured alumnus for Boston University in 2020 and has also served as an expert witness in US Federal Courts and the State of California.
