Peter Fernandez is the CEO of Mombak, which builds the world's largest carbon removal projects by reforesting the Brazilian Amazon rainforest - serving customers like Microsoft with its largest single carbon removal offtake agreement by volume to date.  

Mombak operates The Amazon Reforestation Fund, which has raised $120M from top global investors such as AXA, the Canadian Pension Plan, Bain Capital, and The Rockefeller Foundation.  Peter was previously CEO of Brazil's first-ever technology unicorn, the ridehailing startup 99 (acquired, $1B).
