A social impact and ESG executive, I lead Salesforce’s philanthropic programs on climate justice and innovation. This includes the company’s $100M Ecosystem Restoration and Climate Justice Fund, which seeks to deploy risk-tolerant capital to support a just transition to a net zero, nature positive world. I also lead Salesforce Impact Accelerators, which provide unrestricted funding, donated technology and dedicated technical support to supercharge promising solutions.

I am a co-founder and board member of the Pledge 1% movement of 17,000+ companies around the globe committed to making the community a core stakeholder in their business. I sit on the Word Economic Forum’s Global Future Council for Climate Philanthropy, and have spent my career at the intersection of business and social good with positions at Google, Global Philanthropy Forum, and Business for Social Responsibility.
