Minds in Motion is new this year, and the program is being built in the open. Nominate a speaker, including yourself, suggest topics and formats, and tell us what you want to see on stage. The strongest speakers and demos earn a place at the Imagination in Action Summit in Davos in January 2027.

The Venue
The summit takes the top two floors of the MIT Samberg Conference Center. The 7th floor carries the main stage in the salons, with wraparound terraces for outdoor demos and views across the Charles. The 6th floor holds the training, breakouts, demos, and dining.
The room has history: this is the stage where IIA hosted Sam Altman, and home to the Women in Robotics Gala, which returns to the same floor on November 7.
